Bullion Capital Club offers EIGHT DENOMINATIONS of Purchase Agreements as they are shown on the chart below. The chart should be read from left to right.
You may purchase any or several of the EIGHT agreements. There is no requirement to purchase in any particular order. To complete an agreement choose the amount of purchase. Attach the appropriate deposit to your printed agreement, and mail it to the Bullion Capital Club. Refer THREE others who do the same as you did. When all of their deposits are received, your agreement is complete and you will receive your bullion coin bonus by insured return receipt delivery. All agreements work exactly the same way. The only difference is the dollar amounts as shown below. It's your choice.

Thehundersigned Purchaser hereinafter referred to as ( I ), and Bullion Capital Club agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in the Membership Agreements rules and regulations which can be found on the Bullion Capital Club web site.
1. I am entering into this agreement with the intent of purchasing gold, silver and / or platinum bullion coins from the Bullion Capital Club also referred to as the Company.
2. I understand that I am purchasing said coins on a plan, that requires a 1/2 (one half) deposit with the remaining 1/2 balance due to be paid with commissions that I earn for completing Purchase Agreements with THREE of my personally referred Club Members, who also purchase in the same P.A. level as shown above.
3. Once this agreement is complete with my deposit and the deposits of THREE of my personally referred Club Members, I will earn a commission equal to the amount of my deposit. Said commission will be combined with my deposit in order to satisfy the remaining 1/2 balance due on this agreement. Coins are ordered from the Company's licensed coin broker / dealer within 48 hours after all deposits are received. Broker / dealer will ship coins by insured, return receipt delivery, no later than 14 days from the order date. I will confirm delivery of the coins with my signature.
4. I understand that I am responsible for paying shipping and insurance on all deliveries, and that the broker / dealer will deduct these costs directly from my order before shipping.
5. I understand that I am purchasing bullion coins at current "spot value" PLUS any premiums that are charged by the broker / dealer. Bullion Capital Club has NO control over changes in the market "spot prices" or premiums charged by the broker.
6. I understand that I am responsible for completing my own agreements and that I have NOT been promised by anyone, including the Company's staff members, that "they" will complete agreements FOR me.
7. This agreement will become binding only after acceptance by Bullion Capital Club, which will be acknowledged by a date stamped e-mail. I may cancel this agreement in writing at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after acceptance by the Company. If I cancel the order during the three day recision period, I will receive a full refund. After the three day recision period, NO refunds will be issued.
8. I understand that the Company will send me a computerized spreadsheet that will be updated each and every time any of my personally referred Members place a deposit on a Purchase Agreement.
9. This agreement is not assignable without written consent of the Company.
10. I acknowledge that I have read the entire Membership Agreement, and that my signature below indicates that I understand all of the terms and conditions of membership.
11. Bullion Coins will be delivered to the name and address shown below.
